Hi, I'm Helen!

I created Sleep Body Mind to help mamas reshape their lifestyle by improving their sleep, energy, and mental wellbeing to get more out of their busy lives.

My passion for sleep comes from my own sleep deprivation that endured for more than 10 years. I was used to the feeling of exhaustion, but my wake up call was when I had my first child. I realized to have the energy and positive attitude necessary to manage my career, motherhood, and social goals, I would need to better manage my sleep and wellness. I wanted the best for my family so I made my wellness my priority.

To create a positive change for myself as a mom, I started a process of investigating broader health and wellness options to improve my night’s sleep, energy, mood, and productivity. From years of working with experts in nutrition, fitness, and clinical psychology, I learnt first-hand the impact of wellness techniques such as breathing exercises, restorative yoga, a strong mindset, alongside more mindful bedtime practices.

When you sign up to work with me, we’ll start off with a one-2-one phone call to talk about your individual wellness goals and needs.

Using the proven Sleep Body Mind wellness techniques we work together to develop a customized plan that will include:

Step 1: Introduction to Wellness for Mamas

Discover the emotional, physical, and spiritual benefits from investing in your wellness. Learn why this is a uniquely important life journey for mothers and the benefits it provides to our everyday life.

Step 2: Sleep & Energy

Learn and apply key wellness techniques to optimize your sleep and enhance your energy.

Learn and apply key wellness techniques to better manage the common stresses of motherhood and improve your mental wellbeing.

Step 4: Starting the Journey for Change

We conclude the program focused on embedding these techniques into your everyday life to ensure you are empowered to continue the wellness journey we started together. We review how your day can be better structured to create ‘wellness time’ and you learn how to monitor your wellbeing so your wellness practice evolves with your own personal growth.
