Nice to meet you
I’m Helen Peckman
For as long as I can remember, I have always absorbed what was happening around me. I experienced the effects of sleep deprivation from my teenage years, and for a long time, I simply believed I was “a bad sleeper.” Like many women, I didn’t question the deeper layers, lifestyle, pressure, stress, conditioning, or the way my body was designed to function.
Motherhood, frequent moves, and starting over in different countries only amplified this sensitivity. They also pushed me to listen more closely to my body. Over the past ten years, I immersed myself in the world of wellness, not as a trend, but as a necessity.
I studied and experimented with:
• sleep science and sleep disorders
• nervous system regulation
• breathwork and yoga for recovery
• the subconscious mind
• holistic and integrative health approaches
I trained and worked alongside health professionals, and clinical psychologists, gaining both theoretical knowledge and deep, lived understanding of how stress and exhaustion impact women’s wellbeing. Yet despite all this learning, something was still missing.
In 2019, I discovered Human Design and it was a turning point in my journey. It gave me a framework that finally made sense of everything I had experienced and everything I had studied. It explained why certain approaches worked for some women and not for others. Why rest feels restorative for one person and frustrating for another. Why energy, stress, and recovery are deeply individual. Human Design became the lens through which my wellness work truly aligned.
