My approach

I use Human Design as a foundation for wellness, not as a rigid system or a set of rules. Wellness advice is often generic. Human Design helps explain why the same approach does not work for everyone.

I guide women to:

• understand their energy and natural rhythm
• recognise patterns of stress and pressure
• make decisions that feel aligned and sustainable
• create rhythms that support their real life

When wellness is aligned with your design, there is less force, less guilt, and more trust in what truly supports you.
